b) We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from the property, the landlord, or other third parties.

c) We do not guarantee access to any property except as authorized by the landlord under separate agreements.

a) Token purchases are generally non-refundable except under specific conditions outlined in our refund policy.

b) If viewings are canceled due to landlord or Facilitator reasons, tokens may be reissued or refunded according to our policy.
